@SimonCalder So maybe you should stop going on and on about how you’re entitled to a refund within 14 days! The industry is in dire straights and whilst the PTR is a ruling it was never written with the entire world on lockdown! Cut us agents some slack and when ranting about refunds!

@jacktheladradio As long as you’ve done online check in booked your seats and paid for everything extra you’ll be fine.....they’ll charge higher prices at the airport if you’ve not checked in online...Good luck
