It is well known that he has a long-standing principle of never poaching a manager who is currently under contract with another club. We didn’t resort to dirty tactics; we respected the game, followed the rules, and brought in Kim from Hammarby through the front door with full transparency. History has shown that you do not cheat and piss off Steve Gibson. Liverpool tried it and got taken to the cleaners; Derby tried it and almost went out of business.
