@erce_subasi I like UVs too. Mostly because I don't find it takes that much time now with tools and yeah packing them together super optimised is satisfying!

@MichaelG_3D What software are you using? If you have Blender I recommend getting Zen UV then you can use quadrify islands and it straightens the UVs for you. Otherwise I'd mark the seams then do an unwrap and then you can straighten one edge and pin it. Unwrap again.

@henningsanden I think it's best to just give tips to improve (choose the most important 1 - 3). I wouldn't let them know how far away from getting a job they are. For some thinking they are close is motivational and they'd give up otherwise! It's normal for it to take years after graduating.

@PikminMan This guy just got lucky and hasn't experienced reality. I feel this as my husband was laid off recently (the 2nd layoff in a year) where both companies let whole teams go. And he sure was working hard as he had just been laid off... and that resulted in another layoff.
