@Se_Railway the lovely lady who runs the ticket office at Marden just returned my iWatch to me after I lost it last week. She found it in the car park and looked after it until I claimed it. Lovely member of staff, so helpful and happy. Made my day!!!

@bt_uk That’s ok if that’s BTs continued stance on this, I will report the whole issue to HSE, Ofcom and further more be seeking legal advise on how to proceed.

@bt_uk @MoneyTelegraph BT engineer comes to move my internet cable, pierces through my power cables in the process, takes out power to my house and could of caused a fatality then does a runner. BT tell me to call an electrician and now they deny all knowledge!! Great service!!

@bt_uk My complaint is with BT and was being dealt with my BT legal, no mention of open reach in any communication. I am a BT customer with a BT customer reference. Stop fobbing me off and actually treat your customers in a half decent manner

@bt_uk I know what is happening, the outcome from your claims department that I received yesterday was that your BT engineer has told complete lies, you have ruled in his favour and now he is free to carry on work when he is clearly incompetent, and I am now out of pocket

@bt_uk Open reach are not dealing with it. BT took up the claim and it was BT who I was liaising with. It’s BT who I pay my bill too and now BT who pass the buck.

@bt_uk Ofcom and the HSE will enjoy this one. I have all the evidence to prove my case so I’ll be taking legal advise.

@bt_uk You have no Care for your customers. I tell you your engineer could of caused a fatality and you don’t even call me to discuss it.

@bt_uk For the damage you caused. Your engineer ran out of my house after he caused the damage and left us with no power, and now he’s denying all knowledge of what happened. It’s shocking, poor service.
