Can someone DM me over an issue I have with a voucher, I’m being charged extra for the hotel when booking direct is actually £52 cheaper. This is unlawful. Chat bot is useless I’m unable to DM as u only accept messages from verified users which is disgraceful

I do not know how this company can get away with such appalling service.

I’m now becoming very stressed and for something which is supposed to be a joyful experience is turning into nothing but that
I have added a screen shot which states  I will receive an email (yes I gave my email on the form) with the voucher code

@RedLetterDaysUK I have now (reluctantly) paid the extra £30 towards the hotel voucher. I have received nothing since, no follow up email with the voucher code or anything.. I have bought this to go 2 weeks today so I’d like to book the hotel asap.
I have DM’d again but no reply.

@RedLetterDaysUK Your service is disgraceful as I can see thousands of other customers are saying. To charge and extra £30 on top of a £99 voucher when the hotel rate is £78 is woefully unlawful and to advise there is nothing u can do is simply unacceptable- this will be taken further.

I have never come across such a complicated old fashioned outdated system, you make it almost impossible to navigate, this is backed up by thousands of complaints that I can see on your Twitter feeds alone.

I have since sent two more messages, both have been ignored, I have now (reluctantly) paid the extra money and bought the voucher with no further communication? Nothing has been sent despite receiving this:
