Please #saytheirname. Don’t be worried about talking about the person who has died.
Sharing memories and using their name will make a huge difference to those grieving, and will help to keep their memory alive.
Thank you 🧡
Today in 1969, The Beatles performed their legendary rooftop concert on the roof of the Apple Corps building in London.
They played for the city for 42 minutes before being stopped by the police.
It was John, Paul, George, and Ringo’s final public performance as “The Beatles”.

@thegriefcast I could only find a government ‘funeral expenses payment’ last year when I needed help but you are eligible if on certain benefits and gets paid back after. Might be suitable for the person but didn’t work for me.
@KateEGuest I’m coming up to a year next weekend and hoping it still gets better. The first year has been awful, still very teary at all sorts of moments and any birthdays or holidays mean spontaneous tears. Fingers crossed it gets better as time goes on. 💕
Alone for New Years as I’m working tomorrow. 2020 has been awful after my mum dying 3 months ago, I know 2021 won’t be great either with a year of firsts without her. Here’s hoping in 2021 it just gets a little bit easier. #bereavement#GoodBye2020#JoinIn
