@SouthernRailUK rail replacement buses from Selhurst - bus drivers are scheduled to stop at bus stop M which is closed due to road works, station staff directing passengers to bus stop L but the drivers aren’t aware of this.

@SouthernRailUK Unacceptable that your gateline staff are outside smoking at Norwood Junction with the gateline closed and unmanned, my ticket wouldn’t open the gate! Subsequently I missed my train and am now delayed by half an hour because I will miss my connection at Purley!!!

@O2 waited two weeks for one account and 3 months on another account for a refund - you have now referred the account to a debt collection agency! No response to my complaint as per your policy and procedure so I will now take this up with the ombudsman!

My daughter just tried booking tickets - there was a glitch that said try again but you’ve taken £45 from her account. She is currently speaking to an advisor who said wait 24 hours which isn’t helpful as the film is showing this evening.
