The guy beside me at the baggage office in Denpasar was missing medication for his Parkinson’s disease. I’m pretty sure there’s a full trolley of bags in Sydney airport with Denpasar tags on them. Would be great if anyone could be bothered to do something about it.

Hi @Qantas. You lost mine, and about 10 other people’s bags on the flight from Sydney to Bali yesterday. No updates, not possible to get through to you on customer service. Check in was a mess yesterday, totally uninterested staff, bag drop machine was on the fritz, no one cared
