Waiting on a Friend started out as ‘Waiting for a Friend’ in late 1972, during Goats Head Soup recording sessions in Jamaica. The final lyrics were added and the track was released in 1981 on the album Tattoo You.

cantante britannico naturalizzato australiano, voce e paroliere degli
AC/DC dal 1974 fino alla sua morte.
Bon e’ considerato uno dei più
grandi frontman di tutti i tempi.
In memoria di Bon Scott sono state erette due statue: una a Fremantle, in Australia e una seconda nel 2016 a Kirremuir, in Scozia, nel settantesimo anniversario della sua nascita.
