For National Welly Day we had a visit from Farmer Greg and his working dog Rupert. He told us about the animals and crops that he looks after and the role farmers play in looking after the countryside and providing us with food. @sdnpa@SDETrust@ChiDioEducation @worthinghigh_ht
At Clapham and Patching we love our rural setting. We named our 4 houses after our local farms, Tolmere, Myrtlegrove, Eccelsden and Northdown. On Tuesday wear your wellies to school to celebrate how hard our farmer friends work. @SDETrust@sdnpa @worthinghigh_ht @ChiDioEducation
Don’t forget to bring your bear* to school for the day tomorrow for BBC Children in Need.

Today, Year 1 and 2 joined other local schools to form a choir and take part in ‘The Big Little Sing’. We gave a fabulous performance of our favourite Harvest song to all the other children. 🤩🎶@SDETrust@WorthingHigh @worthinghigh_ht @ChiDioEducation@WestSussexMusic
Our amazing little school came second in Tesco Stronger Starts and we now have £1000 to spend on equipment for our outside areas!
A huge thank you to everyone that supported us 😀⚽️🏀🏈🎾🏓 @SDETrust@Tesco@sdnpa@ChiDioEducation@WorthingHigh
Only a few hours left for our Year 6 families to apply for a place at High School!
(Don’t forget C&P children are given a higher priority if they want to go to Worthing High School).

Year 3 and 4 used their homemade charcoal designs as inspiration for their final pieces. They made textured paper to represent the cave walls. They also looked at positive and negative hand prints from their research into cave paintings. @SDETrust@ChiDioEducation@sdnpa
