in college i never went to frat parties because i genuinely felt like an elk being hunted so i started throwing my own. i had a sick condo instead of a dorm freshman year because my family wanted to invest in real estate in my college town, and it became a safe place where girls could party without worrying about being drugged, assaulted, or preyed on.
