@DrRanj What I mean by that is in Scotland we are still be vetted through the receptionists and given telephone appointments. I myself have never been impacted! I just think it’s a disgrace face to face appointments are only in emergency

@DrRanj I live in Scotland and I whilst I understand the restraints on all staff at hospitals at any given time there is just no need for anyone to be rude! They are understaffed and working all the hours god sends whether OT or not! Why are GP’s still not open for face to face!!
