New: "Guidance for flexibility in postgraduate training" has been published today! Nearly 2 yrs of work between @TheBMA, @AoMRC, @gmcuk, @NHSEmployers, @COPMeDUK.

It outlines how competencies can be accredited when changing specialties, or re-entering training from OOP.

There are many causes of distress in people with #delirium.

➧ Distress can lead to agitation.

➧ Agitation can lead to often inappropriate drug Rx.
