One thing that gets on my nerves people that dont have headphones on trains, no one wants to listen to your music as much as no one wants to listen to mine! Honor that privacy some pp might want to read or sleep so put in the headphones pls !

A couple of things about #Parkinsons in Ireland:
- Deep Brain Stimulation is not available in Ireland, yet DBS devices are manufactured in Clonmel 😮
- there are 6 Parkinsons Nurses in Ireland; there are 30 in N.Ireland 🤔
This doesn’t make any sense, yet it is our reality 😢😢

Today will be interesting, up since 3am london time to fly from alicante to gatwick which was a bit bumpy towards the end, now waiting to board flight to ireland. Body hasn't a clue whats going on tremor is fair noticeable and all i want is my bed 😅 #pdmoments #dntpokethebear
