@RoyalMail in utter shock!!! Postman knocked I couldn’t answer as I wfh and was on a call, postman has opened my front door and left the mail inside! All but one could have been posted though the letter box, the parcel should have been left in a safe space this is not acceptable

@LawAspi @sainsburys I have UC and have a #cantwaitcard and #radarkey through @CrohnsColitisUK only had to use my card once and @currys were very accommodating. The amount of public toilets that block off the keyhole to allow access using radar key is disgusting though

@RoyalMailHelp Small businesses haven’t got the time at their most busy period of the year to mess about making claims for something that wasn’t their fault, I really think Royal Mail need to make it easier instead of passing the buck or blaming it on sorting machines!
