@davidallengreen David, there were problems with civil claims but in addition to your valid points, this bill is also the Govt turning on its own by restricting a soldier’s ability to sue when they’ve also been horrendously let down by MOD.

AFCS Medical Expert report out today. Disappointing that 2013 recommendation into criteria for mental health awards hasn’t been amended. See so many clients that have been diagnosed and treated for mental health conditions but not by the “right” dr.
