@asda ordered groceries for 8-9pm delivery tonight and still not received my order at 22:35… I called customer services and was on the phone for 25 minutes and they can’t even get hold of the store I ordered from- I’m no closer to knowing where my order is or if I’ll even
@AsdaServiceTeam After speaking to a supervisor I still had no explanation as to why this has happened… ridiculous! I had no communication with @asda at all about this order being cancelled, I was left waiting up and guessing last night- disgusting
@AsdaServiceTeam Well after another 45 minutes to customer services I’ve found out that my order was cancelled, with no explanation as to why- they’ve offered an e voucher as compensation, which is no compensation when all confidence in the service is gone and you don’t plan to use them again…
morning I’m disgusted that now we won’t have our weekly shop and items we need have run out. This is more than an inconvenience- first world problems maybe but disgraceful customer service- definitely…
@unitedutilities I’ve been waiting on the emergency phone line for over 1/2 hr to report no water. Our water has gone off for the 2nd time in 24 hrs, on Christmas Day, and it’s the 3rd time we’ve had no water during December (16th Dec too! But at least I could report it!)
