This is what my husband had to deal with today.

Naturally, we've made a complaint, and we we've been asked what we would like to see as an outcome to satisfactorily resolve this.

How would you even answer that? I genuinely don't know.

What would you do if you had a call from the funeral director to say there's a double booking on your father's funeral next week and you're going to have to change the time (after you've published the funeral notice, written the orders of service, booked and paid for the wake)?

To @DHLParcelUK the exact same thing has happened for the second working day in a row. This time, I have been sat in my front room watching the window for two hours, so you definitely haven't attempted delivery or left a calling card.

@DHLParcelUK I've been waiting in for a parcel and the app is now showing that delivery has been attempted and no one was in. Apparently, delivery was 'attempted' 20 minutes before the delivery window but no card was left. We now have to wait until Monday for an urgent parcel.

I've been pretty quiet on here recently whilst I've been working on a personal project.

It took a little shy of 38 weeks, but I finally completed phase 1 earlier this week. Weighing in at a healthy 7lb 8oz. She has 10 fingers and 10 toes and the cutest little button nose.

Not all heroes wear capes. In this case @VickyArlidge is saving a very tired mummy with her songs while my boy is off sick from nursery.

Apparently she's had over 290m streams of her album.

I think 200m of those might have been me and my toddler 😆

Whilst I appreciate there are many, many people out there who have had a worse week than I, this one has particularly sucked.

- catching a bug and feeling 🤮
- son getting chicken pox
- major electrical fault in house and no power for most of the day

@cjforms What a nightmare. A similar thing happened to my husband albeit 20 years ago. It took a couple of years for them to sort it out, even though there were half a dozen witnesses and both parties were with the same insurance company 🙄

I've been told that my grandma also called it Chippy Lane and she passed away in 1993.

Please don't speak for all Cardiffians.

I've also heard very good things about @BacaretoCardiff but I haven't been yet. It's on my list of places to try.
