@OntheBeachUK short of a major change ( over 11 hours difference ) so you are calling it insignificant ! So you changed my flights but could of put me on the 10.30 am flights and there would not be an issue !! For me to now change to these times will cost me over £530 !

@OntheBeachUK The other flight available that day is at return. I wasn’t informed of the change, I found out myself when my daughter tried to book the same flight times as the rest of us. She is now on the 10.30 am flight. My issue is that my flights were changed to 45 minutes

@OntheBeachUK I have booked a holiday for 8 people for Oct 23, at the flight times I needed as we have 4 children. You changed our flight times from 7.40 am out and 11.55am return to 6.55pm out and return at 11pm. I would not have booked those flight times even if they were free!

@OntheBeachUK I am at the end of my tether with your total incompetence. It has cost me over £45 for 2 phone calls ! and I still have got no where. It beggars belief that no one at your company can understand the issue and offer a resolve. Your Customer service is appalling.
