@virginmedia completely unsatisfied with service. Not one of your team has resolved my issue, enough with being passed from pillar to post. Inadequate signal within the home and I have the privilege of a price increase! I think I’ll be looking elsewhere.
@virginmedia I’ve ran the checks dozens of times. Signal is poor upstairs. I’ve asked for the pods and been passed around various departments without success!
