The celebration featured a keynote by Allen N. Ssebugwawo, Non-Executive Director on the Equity Bank Uganda Board, who shared her career journey and offered valuable guidance for women to thrive and succeed in their careers.
The event was graced by our Managing Director, Gift Shoko, and Executive Director, Claver Serumaga, reflecting the bank's commitment to empowering women across the organization.
We concluded with the launch of the Equity Inspire Program (EQUIP), a mentorship and leadership initiative that will drive our commitment to a gender-equal workplace forward.
At Equity, Women's Day is not just a date on the calendar. It is a celebration of the everyday inspiration and leadership women bring to our organization and beyond.
