You have absolutely no idea what you’re talking about.
The value of an asset is a function of its future income streams. If you tax income at a higher rate then the asset is worth less.
The whole point of productivity is to derive as much income from an income through the production of a good or a service not drive up asset prices through speculation.
If you create an arbitrage between income and capital as we have now you will drive up asset prices with no corresponding increase in income.
This makes it difficult for new entrants especially young people to purchase assets as it’s more likely they will have to use debt not equity.
If the asset is only generating a low return of 2-3% because of tax incentives then it will make it harder for people to buy an asset as the cost of debt will be higher than the return from the asset.
This then gives an advantage to organisations with access to large pools of cheap capital such as superannuation funds or foreign investment funds to acquire assets thus centralising the means of production.
The will increase the investor class or passive investor and remove capital from the owners of it. This will drive further suboptimal outcomes.
As per my maiden speech in which I quote Adam Smith:
“The directors of … companies … being the managers … of other people’s money … it cannot well be expected that they should watch over it with the same anxious vigilance with which … partners … watch over their own … Negligence … must always prevail …”
Finally your contempt towards workers is palpable. Do you not understand that Labor is human capital and that millions of workers actually risk their lives when they go to work.
Soldiers, policemen, builders, jackaroos and many other risk serious injury.
The risk/reward paragon is what matters and investment property owners (of which I’m one) take very little risk compared to millions of others.
Given then receive rental income the capital gain they derive is a second form of income.
Unlike houses in Australia, the human body depreciates with age. We must always protect our workers first and foremost by cutting taxes to ensure they can afford the food, shelter and health services they need to keep turning up to work every day.
The words of our National Anthem is wealth for toil not asset appreciation based on high immigration.
I suggest you refrain further from speaking up about capitals or taxation
Drew Pavlou and Pete Zogoulas just released the most damning piece of investigative journalism Australia has produced in years.
Minnesota’s disability fraud broke the internet. Australia’s makes it look small.
The NDIS is a $52 billion/year program, the 3rd largest expense on the federal budget and larger than Australia’s entire defence budget.
In Lakemba there are 1,300 registered providers. Statistically, 1 in every 3 people is running one.
The investigation shows 9 providers sharing a single building address. Every door was locked across multiple visits. Phone numbers disconnected, websites broken or gone entirely.
They then set up a cleaning sting by hiring an NDIS registered cleaning provider; the kind billing directly out of disabled people’s government support packages.
Two cleaners show up to a staged Airbnb with zero equipment. They clean with the room’s own tissue box and leave in 25 minutes. Invoice: $236. That includes 2 hours labour at $116 and $120 in “travel costs” claiming 60km when the actual distance was 30km.
When confronted, the provider reissues it at $24.80.
Then there’s M&F Disability Services. They received a lifetime ban from the NDIS in September 2025 for fraud.
Within weeks, Sunny Days Care opens at the exact same address, on the exact same phone number, with the same accountant connected to both entities through ASIC records.
When Drew and Pete walk in and ask questions, staff physically assault them, smash $800 worth of equipment, and scream sexual harassment allegations on a public street.
The NDIS integrity chief told the Australian Senate that there are literally not enough judges to deal with the known fraud cases (we’re talking tens of billions).
Out of 7,000 fraud tip offs from participants reporting their own providers, only 16 prosecutions have been completed.
16 out of 7,000.
@erroneous_input@AdamJSchwarz@ProfessorPape "The Blitz" and other air bombing campaigns in history galvanise public support behind the ruling regime. Without an opposition organisation/rebels operating in the country to take over the cities, the Iranian gov will not fall with just air strikes.
This afternoon, I will move an urgency motion in the Australian Senate calling for the repeal of the Combatting Antisemitism, Hate and Extremism (Criminal and Migration Laws) Act 2026 a law I believe infringes Australians’ fundamental rights to freedom of expression and association.
There will be a 30 minute debate, followed by a division. Which way will federal Senators vote?
After the guillotining and fast tracking of this ill considered legislation and the strong public backlash that followed I hope more Senators will stand with me on the side of liberty. But I doubt it.
Will the Angus Taylor MP led Liberals vote in favour of free speech? Or will it be Sussan Ley 2.0?
Time will tell.
Tune in from around 4pm here: https://t.co/VYx2ji9PKA
Men aren’t intimidated by your success.
Success does not repel men. Contempt does. Chronic criticism does. Unresolved resentment does. Turning intimacy into a performance review does.
When men choose a partner, they are not screening résumés or competing with titles. They are paying attention to what everyday life feels like.
Do I feel respected?
Do I feel trusted?
Is there peace here, or constant friction?
Do I feel like a partner or a project to be managed, corrected, or reshaped?
Am I appreciated for who I am, or constantly evaluated against shifting standards?
These questions determine whether a man stays or leaves.
None of this has anything to do with a woman’s education, income, or professional success.
But when dating doesn’t work, the explanation is often simplified into a comforting myth:
“You’re not the problem.
Men are just intimidated by strong women.”
That narrative avoids self-reflection. It reframes incompatibility or relational dysfunction as male insecurity. It protects the ego, but it prevents growth.
This is correct. Whether the Bondi beach attacks are organic Terrorist or a Mossad operation, it’s a “distinction without a difference.”
It will be used to advanced world Jewry’s agenda…
Regardless, they shouldn’t be in White countries at all…
my scheme has worked flawlessly. she’s mine. 2 months of attending the same coffee shop. i walk in each weekday in sweatpants and a sweatshirt. hair unkempt. beard unkempt. i order a coffee from the gorgeous black haired barista. i am friendly and conversational, but only for a short while. i politely say goodbye after 5 minutes. i grab my coffee and leave.
today i executed my attack. i entered the store wearing a blue bruno cucinelli suit. bone white shirt. brown tie. polished shoes. body doused in cologne. teeth whitening completed yesterday via groupon. hair and beard a white supremacist dogwhistle. phone to my ear faking a very important business call.
she nearly freezes in place when she sees me pass through the threshold into the store. she’s almost let the milk froth for too long. i am unrecognizable to her. and yet i am a familiar force. memories of our past interactions flash in her head. “he was always nice to me. he did always tip kindly. he did always hold the door for others. had i just not Seen him?”
i approach the counter and motion for the usual while pointing at my phone, the perfunctory gesture indicating one is apologetic for their impoliteness but sadly unable to remove themselves from the phone call. she views me now as more than some bummy customer. i am now a romantic entity in her mind. she has yet to start making my drink. she is preoccupied. i make eye contact. she smiles and begins.
i continue to fake the phone call. when the coffee is complete i take it from the counter and pay $10 cash and quickly leave the store.
she has no idea what has just happened.
i take a sharp right around the corner and out of sight of the cafe. i throw my full coffee in the garbage as i have done for the last 2 months. i quit years ago. i then set a timer on my phone.
when the six minutes are up i head back to the coffee shop. i enter confidently with the smallest hint of sheepishness. i head straight toward her. she sees me approaching. we make eye contact. i smile. she has no idea what is happening.
i tell her im sorry to have been so rude this morning. i tell her i didn’t mean to do the weird hand gesture i was just caught up on the phone.
i move in for the kill. when do you get off? wanna walk around the neighborhood? ill buy you a cup to make up for my behavior.
she says yes. i will see her in just a few hours. she has no idea what sort of machiavellian plot i had to devise for our souls to entwine on this fateful morning.
she will break my heart like they always do. i hate women
Time to do your fucking job and seize power... if you want to be more than a footnote in the "American Collapse" section of future history books, it's now or never @JDVance@PeteHegseth@PalmerLuckey@realErikDPrince
So let me get this straight. In 2020, a black man dies under a cop’s knee, racial motives unconfirmed, media explodes, riots nationwide, cities burn.
A few days ago, a young white girl is killed, the killer mumbles “got the white girl”, and we get MSM silence. No headlines, no outrage, just Twitter anons discussing it.
What kind of sinister double standard is this???? What’s happening??
