Reflect that Ann would likely defend Adams right to speak & her right to be offended! Is it the balance of the importance of free speech vs challenging anacronistic language? Would the death of a man would lead to commentary on their marital & sex status?

I have complained to @SkyNews
And @Ofcom about the interview with Adam Bolton speaking about Ann Widdecombe & making the most inappropriate, sexist observations using out dated and misogynistic language. We must not tolerate such outrageously outdated opinions. Do better.

Disgraceful scenes on Sky News as a smirking Adam Boulton rants about Ann Widdecombe as a “spinster,” an “old maid” and a “virgin” while speculating about her private life.
She was murdered this morning, yet he can’t help but already spew misogynistic poison about her.
Evil.
@JeffOvers I was on Oxford Stret yesterday and was pretty disappointed cos it actually looked like this! Although to be fair, I did see Santa in a taxi! 🎅
@lowcarbGP Check out the work of @JonHaidt The Anxious Generation. Worth a follow as he also links to other studies showing the harms of phones to young brains.
@TheStage@NationalTheatre I have seen NO instance of where dynamic pricing has reduced costs. None. If dynamic pricing is the answer, you must be asking how to make theatre less accessible and equitable.
@SHSYoungleaders@shsrbk@PoppyLegion I spoke to the Young Leaders at Surbiton Station and got a poppy of course! They were so helpful and polite. They did a great job. Well done boys!
@v_alexey@aleceast10@mrcarl_woodward Agree with all comments. But this is a bit different- same seats in August are £60-£70. Seats increased in price in front of my eyes from £80 to £100. This feels like price gouging and leaves a bad taste. Btw: saw it tonight & loved it, so this was to take visiting friend 🤬
