This is a really poignant, honest & brave documentary. Their vulnerability & connection is a beautiful thing to witness. Being human is intrinsically messy, painful & full of anxiety. The best way through is to open, brave & vulnerable & attempt to accept & embrace it all

As we engage in conversations about polarising and complex issues, I find it useful for all parties to know what kind of conversation they're in. I've made this table as a useful way to check that. What kind of conversations do you find yourself in?
Insofar as psychotherapy places high value on meaningful relationships, the cultivation of critical socio-psycho thought, the privileging of human flourishing over economic gain, & the rise of humanistic over utilitarian values, it's a decidedly political & anti-neoliberal affair
