Lack of PHYSICAL evidence, and a lot of hearsay from both sides. Also she wasn't supposed to be drinking. Not victim blaming but the law would take issue with it

@dvcaIcomania @lesbiangie I've probably come off as victim blaming but let me get this right. George has a huge part in this and should've taken extra steps but at the same time we can't neglect possibilities of misunderstanding is all I'm saying here. I appreciate your understanding

@dvcaIcomania @lesbiangie You know these people. In a drunken state and with strangers. (Hookup culture) could def be seen as an intiation for something bigger and you're right! For a content creator like George it's a very dangerous mindset to have espically knowing his audience

@lesbiangie He isn't an abuser though. There was no "intent" to abuse. Again at worse this is a horrible miscommunication. Can you not agree that some stuff here like the cuddling and CHOICE to drink twice muddies waters for both parties involved here?
