@AldiUK what's your policy on complaints regarding a store manager? My partner filled a complaint 2 weeks ago regarding how we had been spoken too, harrased and made to feel damn right totally disrespected as a customer.

YOU DO NOT NEED TO PROVE ANYTHING. Your word is good enough for the government whom are running the country. There is no official form of exemption. You do NOT Need to carry any.

You do not need to carry any card or sign. If you state your exempt then that's it. They cant by law make you show them anything.
