I am now £80 down from @MobileStoreLTD and another £80 down as I had to go somewhere else more trusting for a new screen. What happened to #CustomersRights!? I have been completely robbed and am looking into this further! #ConsumerRights

So, I have been completely robbed by @MobileStoreLTD in Hitchin. I paid £80 for a screen replacement which started to lift away from my phone. They replaced it again and it happened again! They then asked for another £80 to fit a genuine screen. Why should I pay again!? #Cowboys

So, @ASOS is a mega let down! Ordered an entire outfit for tomorrow on next day delivery. However, there was an issue with delivery and no-one could tell me why! So, I have no outfit and was 100% relying on them. Beyond disappointed with the service @ASOS_HeretoHelp
