I was able to download my Quickbooks from Insynq off the desktop--all the data is there--Thank God! However, it appears that there were no updates on it since April 2019--I had to go through updating to get access to my merchant account. I don't know who to trust anymore.

@steague06 I've never experienced this before and have been with insynq for over 3-years. I am praying that I will get my data back.

@ernestsemerda What is robust solutions? I am new at this. I'm a business owner not an accountant and experiencing the latest outage as well. How do you know if a hosting company is a good choice? I thought insynq was a good choice.
