@FinlayGames Thank you Finn, I am of the same mind as you on this! I would also add that it's ruined people's relationship with exercise as well since exercise has become a tool for either:
1) Punishing yourself for eating too much.
Or...
2) A way to "earn" your food.

Would you say diet culture is more of an internal pressure or expectation people put in themselves versus an external pressure coming from others?
