After paying Avanti West £130 for a 1st class ticket, Milton Keynes to Glasgow (6 hours) I expected, as advertised, a meal & wine with top ups. The 2nd catering team didn't turn so all I had was a cup of coffee. I have been refused a refund. Do I have have a case for Omsbudsman?
