An online community platform for businesses. Chat publicly using your pro identity. Share URLs that don’t require visitors to login. Ask AI about the chat space
In ClarityText, the online community platform we're building, we are continuing to work on the UX.
We are getting to a point where various things just work, like:
- where the search bar is
- where the Ask AI feature is
- light mode versus dark mode UX
Product update: you can now paste a URL for a channel into various apps like X and iMessage, and the space’s banner and channel info will display in a pretty way.
For example:

Product update: the notifications webpage now shows the unread counts for various types of messages:
1) messages in chat spaces
2) direct messages

Product update: You can now import a PDF of your resume to populate your ClarityText profile!
A PDF export of your LinkedIn profile works, as well.

Product update: we made many UX improvements to the thread, especially in mobile web.
For example, you can easily share URLs of a thread.
You can maximize the view of a thread, and share a URL for max viewing.
Here’s a thread URL shown in max view:

This message in the @convex online community gets to the heart of what we’re trying to build at ClarityText.
We want to provide businesses a conversational presence on the Internet.
It should be discoverable to Google Search and ChatGPT.

Below is my ClarityText thread on this announcement.
1) Just click the thread URL to see data sources (without needing to login).
2) But join my chat space, Alphabet - Learn from the business, to get notifications for my future messages.

To be notified of our product updates, join as a member of the "ClarityText Town Hall" space:
Or, you can just go here without logging in:

We will work to make the info on the https://t.co/goN67IJ9xN domain be trustworthy and useful.
That way, professional identities will want a conversational presence on this domain, and the shared domain will lift all the professional identities hosted on it.
Product update: The message composer now has the formatting tools organized at the bottom, as opposed to the top.
Many modern apps, like X, have the formatting icons on the bottom.
