@airtransat Ummm you emailed me at 1am his morning to let me know my 830 pm flight home to Toronto from Cancun (TS427) was cancelled, leaving me and my passengers, including a 4 and 5 year old stranded in Cancun. Wh I called i was then offered a flight on Dec 11.....
