Watch the replay in slow Mo, you'll see the slight glance to harper, that's what threw him off. He never made eye contact with castle at the moment of passing,he assumed was still looking. He caught it but it was too late.
@DOfficialRalsei@D_whit98@AsamiKyoGa2 If he was looking at castle all the way, castle wouldn't turn. That slight look away was what made castle think he's not passing it. He caught himself too late hence the late realization and stutter but that was someone who was very casual in that moment.
@DOfficialRalsei@D_whit98@AsamiKyoGa2 He picked up his dribble while castle turned his head. Watch the video again, look closely he quickly looked at harper before he passed it,that was were he lost it. That look was what created the stutter, his focus wasn't on castle all the way, he assumed castle was still looking.
@DOfficialRalsei@D_whit98@AsamiKyoGa2 What are you even arguing?,the ball is still in his hands and castle isn't looking, he definitely took his eyes off castle for a moment which is why this even happened. This is the way u pass in January against the jazz, not down 1-0 in the NBA finals. Smh.
@DOfficialRalsei@D_whit98@AsamiKyoGa2 No he hadn't, he had not cupped the ball yet and he hadn't touched the ball with his other hand in that pic. If he were to keep dribbling after that, it wouldn't be a double dribble. He proceeded to do so slightly after.
@DOfficialRalsei@D_whit98@AsamiKyoGa2 Look at this shit, it's sad. Too bad lack of experience had to rear it's ugly head in such a moment. I noticed he did the same shit in the 3rd quarter after crossing half court but he was lucky noone was near fox and fox picked the loose ball. He'll learn from this.
@Red_Zombie10@Swishh111@Felizpimentel_ Bruh stfu, Brunson is shooting garbage splits rn. Kyrie was averaging 29 on 50/40/90 in the finals and losing because he was going up against a demonic warriors team.
@gburks2010@hennyworld@SpursCulture I understand but wemby isn't KD or one of those elite iso players who can score on anyone in the clutch after a timeout. The real advantage was not calling a timeout. Series ain't over though, they just need to take game 3 and the Knicks will panick.
@gburks2010@hennyworld@SpursCulture Why,so they can bring Robinson in and take Brunson out?.That was a good no timeout,Knicks had weak defensive players on the court.Maybe your best player shouldn't toss the ball casually ahead like it's a reg. season game. Even Iggy to curry vs OKC, he waited to make eye contact.
@DOfficialRalsei@D_whit98@AsamiKyoGa2 No tf he didn't, castle wasn't looking when wemby passed it, eye contact has to be there on release, if Brunson came and stole it because castle was looking to catch it ,it would be better. This is even worse than Jabari's turnover. Lmao
@gburks2010@hennyworld@SpursCulture Dumb foul by champagnie but you play the hand you are dealt from there and the game was tied with a chance to take the last shot, you CAN'T turn the ball over, worst case scenario overtime.
@gburks2010@hennyworld@SpursCulture That was a foul and they still had a chance to win. The turnover and instant fouling to send Brunson to the line was the main reason.
@hennyworld@SpursCulture The only coaching mistake was giving wemby the iso 2 for 1. If wemby doesn't throw a turnover, spurs probably win or overtime.
@Ortiz530@hennyworld@SpursCulture I'm talking about the 2 for 1, they were never going to get a good shot on that last play, they lost the game before that play. Not calling a timeout was so Brunson doesn't get taken out for better defenders, wemby should make eye contact before passing ahead like that.
@D_whit98@AsamiKyoGa2 Not castle's fault, that ball should have went to fox who was trailing and expecting the ball. You don't throw the ball to a teammate without making eye contact, castle isn't their closer which is why he wasn't even looking.
