@aziz0nomics If you want peace, start with truth. You aren't Palestinian. Palestinian is ancient Rome's word for the Philistines. You have no connection to them. The people calling themselves Palestinian today are Arabs who have colonized portions of ancient Israel and Judah.
@MilesTaylorUSA The idea that some random pedestrian can halt the construction of a federal building just because he doesn't like the aesthetics of it is so outrageously absurd that it's stunning that this had to go to the Supreme Court. You people are ridiculous.
@m4xim1l1an@BriannaWu You're the one who said that they should return back to the 1967 lines. That means Gaza behind Egypt's border, the West Bank behind Jordan's, and the Golan Heights behind Syria's. So if that's not what you meant, what did you mean?
@m4xim1l1an@BriannaWu Wrong. Israel seized Gaza from Egypt, the Golan Heights from Syria, and the West Bank from Jordan after winning the Six-Day War. Your ignorance is appalling.
@m4xim1l1an@BriannaWu This is absurd. Egypt does not want Gaza back. Jordan does not want the West Bank back. Neither country wants Black September all year every year. Syria does want the Golan Heights back, but Israel doesn't trust them yet, for good reason.
@jk_rowling@bindelj Early release for convicts both violent and non-violent is part and parcel with the left-leaning politics you have voted for almost your entire life.
@ccharles281286@owenjonesjourno There is no "why" that justifies the October 7th attacks. Rather than enjoy their autonomy and full control over Gaza after 2005, Gazans instead chose to elect Hamas and repeatedly attack Israel. They don't want their own state; they want everything from the river to the sea.
@elonmusk The theory that Anthony went into that tent with the intention of antagonizing someone into attacking him so he could stab them is a lot more plausible now. The jury got it right.
@TP_OZ@selimshady2000@owenjonesjourno As I have already said, they're referring to the borders of Israel. Your utter failure to answer what Hamas and their ilk mean by "From the river to the sea" amply demonstrates how badly you've lost this argument.
@TP_OZ@selimshady2000@owenjonesjourno Nope. Before the 1967 Arab-Israeli war, Gaza was part of Egypt. Why is it that Gazans didn't decide that they were Palestinian until after Israel won the war?
@TP_OZ@selimshady2000@owenjonesjourno No lies here. Hamas seeks the destruction of Israel and reputable polling a few months prior to the Oct. 7 attack found that 70% of Gazans supported attacks on Israeli citizens inside Israel. All you're doing is sticking your fingers in your ears and chanting, "la la la la la."
