Understanding the value of tens and ones played a huge part today when partitioning 2-digit numbers. We used physical resources (Base 10) to give clear visual representations to support with learning! @Class5_HCPS #maths #engaging #learning @BeccaPaddock

I love this! The smiles just show the true bond that staff at HCPS and WCPS have with their pupils! Ivan has settled in super well to Class 6 and he is already an amazing member of our class! I hope he has enjoyed his first couple of days @Ivany_ue 🙌🏻

Hook Day: Today we started our Art topic looking at Hepworth and Giacometti sculptures. Over the summer, an invitation arrived for an art gallery taking place at our school today🖼🖌! We visited, discussed and then created our own moodboards inspired by them! @Class5_HCPS
