Just some of our amazing art work. We have spent 4 weeks exploring texture, shading and line work with our pencils. Over the last week we have been drawing in the style of Picasso; watch this space for our very own versions of ‘The Weeping Woman’ in the coming weeks 🖼️

Year 6 have been using resouces to help them to practically understand cubed and squared numbers! It was great seeing the children enjoy working with the cubes! 📦📏📚 @BBprimarysch

The Pandas have spent the afternoon making a start on creating their revolving cam toys! After half term the children will create the planet to go on top and insert the cams in order for it to revolve. 🪐 @BBprimarysch

During class Collective Worship we talked about our value for this half term. We thought about everything we are thankful for in our lives. It was a really wholesome lesson where we realised just how amazing our world and lives are and how much we have to enjoy! 🌍 @BBprimarysch

Last week in science the children conduced an experiment where they explored the Earth’s rotation and the movement of the sun across the sky. The children went out 3 times to measure the length of their shadow throughout the afternoon.

The Pandas sharing their new games with each other. They created them on Scratch this afternoon; each game consisted of two moving sprites where one changed colour when the other one touched it!
