Today is history breathing. Today is the rise of India's civilisational Capital #Ayodhya.

Half a millennium has passed since 1528. Empires came and went - the Mughals, Portuguese, Dutch, French, Afghans, Persians, and the British. Even the Nehruvian establishment, which dominated Independent India for nearly seventy years, has receded. The world order has been rewritten many times. Ideas once believed eternal have turned to dust.

But one thing never faded: the faith of a civilisation in Maryada Purushottam Shri Ram.

Through invasions, plunder, legal battles, political resistance, exile, humiliation, and sacrifice spanning generations, faith endured. What sustained other ancient civilisations has perished; some were converted, others crushed by ideology. Only one civilisational consciousness stands unbroken: Sanatan, held together by the ideal life of Shri Ram.

Shri Ram’s journey was not of comfort. As a teenager he battled forces of darkness, in youth he embraced exile, built alliances, confronted the mightiest empire of his time, constructed the world’s first ocean bridge, and defeated the most powerful military ruler of that era. He planned, persevered, negotiated, fought when needed, protected knowledge systems, strengthened institutions, and united the spiritual geography of Bharat.

And when victorious, Shri Ram renounced conquest. His mission was Dharma, not domination.

Our decline began when the temple at Shri Ram's birthplace was defiled. His first exile ended after 14 years; the second took nearly 500. On 5 August 2020, Bhoomi Pujan marked the beginning of the return. And today - 25 November 2025 - with the completion of the grand Shri Ram Mandir and the ceremonial Dhwajarohan by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, we witness the culmination of a civilisational tapasya.

This is not just a temple. It is the reinstatement of civilisational confidence.

The restoration of self-respect.

The rebirth of Ram Rajya as a national aspiration.
History grants such moments rarely when the dreams of a billion souls align.

We are fortunate to live this sunrise.
