This demolition represents the actions of a corrupt Provincial Government hellbent on giving their developer donors whatever they want at any cost.

App failed for me in Toronto. Friend notified me she tested positive after we had an hour-long, maskless lunch in a park. App still says I have had no exposure.
@brittlestar CAUTION. I have the app but was not notified after a friend I had an outside lunch with this past Monday tested positive. App shows no exposure. Told tester at Women’s College, who shrugged. Anyone else had experience with app failure?
In Toronto over the past 25 years - a city of 2.9 million people - I’ve never waited more than 2-3 minutes to vote. It’s always easy, as it should be. #Toronto#Ontario#Canada
This is one of my favourite photos to those who continuously counter, 'but winter'...at the suggestion of bike lanes. Bikes with studded tires, ironically, handle in snow much better than cars.
Imagine cities of ‘green corridors’ that connect existing green spaces, improve biodiversity, reduce heat, soak up pollutants, and sequester carbon dioxide. It’s like being in a park - perpetually! Medellin, Columbia is building them and transforming city life:
I want to personally thank you for joining me here to share thoughts and discussion. I wondered whether, like an aging slugger, I'd taken a last trip around the basepaths. Now, more than the million followers, I find hope In all of you fighting for the future of our nation.
To save summer, we need to use space in our cities differently. More Torontonians live in apartments than in single detached homes: shared spaces matter, just when we need to stay apart! So opening streets for people should be the bedrock of summer sanity, and fun.
Shame on you @StaplesCanada for price gouging when Canadians need you most. This product usually costs about $1.69. Photo from you Dufferin Lawrence location #Toronto#coronavirus#COVID19
In light of continued tragedies on our city streets, we need to admit that the promise of the car is a myth. We are stuck between two worlds. It’s time to reclaim our freedom, and fundamentally redesign our city streets. #CyclingCity#WalkableCity
Perhaps the most important and misunderstood paradox in modern transport planning:
The only way to permanently improve car accessibility (ie "solve traffic") is to stop expanding car infrastructure, and start expanding bicycle and transit infrastructure.

I’ve yet to meet any North American who has witnessed the cycling miracle in Amsterdam or Copenhagen and not had an ‘ah’ moment about the possibility of a fundamentally different future, for our cities and our communities - if we would just choose it. #SeeingIsBelieving
