Spent days chasing down @ATT to speak with someone in customer service when my internet went down. SWORE UP AND DOWN they'd wipe the $99 tech fee. Well, got my bill today and the $99 fee is there. Shame on you ATT. Leaving with without internet for 2 days, only reimbursing me $20
