@SteveHuff Not at all. My theology is intentionally convenient. I find it’s best to call out to God with men who aren’t my husband, for example.
For evolution to be real, that would mean my party would increase in intelligence over time. See? It works.
@cenkuygur The latter historically allows minimally socially acceptable cover for the promulgation of all manner of oppressive ideas, and the former assumes enough forethought to continue constructing alternative truths. Confession: it’s choice C. I’m pretending dumb because it’s convenient
@EricHaftelLive @JakeLobin I play a meditation tape that reminds me how to breathe. That, coffee, dark money and bigotry, and I just wing the rest. 🤷🏼♀️
@electroboyusa Well...I prefer to think of myself as a necessary dramatic foil in the story of female leadership in our democracy. Light shines brighter next to darkness, and I make even Louis Gohmert look smarterer just by standing next to him. I serve a purpose. 🤷🏼♀️
There’s no apology large enough for the weight of my recent antisemitic comments.
What I do find fascinating is that I’m quickly becoming the sacrifice intended to absolve the rest of the membership from racism, pedophilia, sedition, sexism, ableism, and their own antisemitism.
@TheChalis @kasie@mtgreenee I realize I spend a lot of time and tax payer dollars saying nasty things about people, but this is a low blow. A better comparison is to a cockroach, because I somehow manage to survive politically no matter how many times I nuke norms and civility. TY.
Ok, Yes, I realize that I *just* complained about the treatment those arrested for storming the capitol were getting a day or two ago, but this was in my talking points memo today, so...gotta do what I gotta do🤷🏼♀️
Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene on removing qualified immunity: "Police officers don't make a lot of money. They can't afford big attorney bills. It will ruin them. Just because someone may get their feelings hurt because they got arrested." https://t.co/Wx73zxzATV
