Imagine being only 10 years old and already carrying burdens that no child should ever have to bear. Comfort’s reality when we met her was heartbreaking. She was neglected because of poverty, experienced abuse, slept outside for days, and felt forgotten by the very people who were supposed to protect her.

Through the support of a Good Samaritan and in collaboration with Social Welfare, we at @FTFGhana were able to rescue her, trace distant relatives who could care for her, and enroll her in a private boarding school in 2023, where she could finally have the stability, safety, and environment she needed to simply be a child again.

Look at Comfort now, thriving and happy in school.

Last week, PETROSOL Platinum Energy @petrosolgh committed to sponsoring Comfort’s education for an entire year and helping to provide the opportunities, support, and stability she needs to continue growing into the remarkable young woman she is becoming.

A child may be born into poverty, neglect, hardship, or disadvantage, but that should never determine the rest of their story.

Our goal is to raise a generation of young people who will go on to transform their own lives, their families, and the world around them.

God has been faithful.
