@HM_Passport I paid for a fast track passport&the website crashed. I paid the money but didn’t receive an appointment. This happened months ago and no one has got in touch with me. Who can I speak to so I can receive a refund??

@HM_Passport I have been waiting for a refund of £147 for 3 months now. Your website crashed when I paid for a fast track passport. I’ve complained using the complaint online 3 times and I haven’t heard from anyone. What can I do???
