We showed that 1- using an approach based on a "MitoScore" at diagnosis is crucial to choose the successful VEN-based treatment strategy for AML patients ; 2- mitochondrial adaptation is central in VEN+AraC resistance, supporting the design of mito-targeted strategies with VEN.
