Thanks, @evernote . I had been "too busy" to change to a self-hosted FOSS notes solution, but your ham-fisted move to nearly-double your price got me off the dime. Showing the 40% discount offer only after I started the cancel flow makes me wish I had acted sooner. #goodriddance

@DouglasKMurray Rogan once agreed: unchecked bullshit will be believed by credulous rubes like the ones insulting you here. Only then it was about flat earth moron Eric Dubay. Which tracks: saying Churchill was the villain of WW2 is as dumb as flat earth.

Hey, @Xfinity , you know what? You would not need a loyalty department (aka "win back") if you treated your customers well to begin with.

I am literally counting the days until my apartment building installs FTTx to each unit so I can ditch your odious company and awful service completely.

[Claudio Caballero @Claudiotrope]

Hey, @cvspharmacy : embarrassing enough your rickety systems FAIL my situation of old phone number but current email address on website and loyalty program (ExtraCares), & U have wasted hours of my time, but how on earth do you justify having only 2 songs on hold? #awfulservice

Just had occasion to mention this insightful quote, so I thought I'd pass along:
"Advice is like snow--the softer it falls, the longer it dwells upon, and the deeper it sinks into the mind." -- Samuel Taylor Coleridge.

Really interesting to see there is data behind what our gut tells us: purpose drives everything, and don't ignore financials and your competition.

Overthinkers struggle with remote work. If you can't relate directly, there are sure to be people you work with that do. #leadership #empathy #remotework

Some really smart insights / perspective on the #metaverse, getting to the heart of the matter rather the bread and circuses. I highly recommend following both the author (@antoniogm) and the substack.
