Clay got up and unlocks his window opening it. Before shooting his mom a text saying that Hannah was staying over. His parents trusted them especially after everything they’ve been through.

Hannah packed a bag as her parents fought over ridiculous things, feeling a little guilty about their problems she just had to leave. She made it look like she was sleeping under the covers before slipping out the window heading towards Clay's house.
