We have three outstanding lifters this week, Kinley Preston, Kale McConnell, and Robert Wilsterman. Kinley is an energetic hard worker. Kale is very consistent in his lifts, he doesn't waste time. Robert has been stacking great days of lifting all summer. #DoTheWork
This week Emmalee Cameron and Jacob Clough have earned the distinction of Lifter of the Week. Emmalee has a fantastic work ethic and helps the younger lifters around her. Jacob just gets right to work, no wasted time. He takes lifting serious. #DoTheWork
Lucas Dalpiaz and Zella Vanscoy earned lifter of the week. Lucas has been chasing this recognition all summer, putting in great lift after great lift. . Zella works hard at everything, not only has she earned lifter of the week but also earned Jump Queen at cheerleading practice.
Awesome week, we averaged over 100 athletes daily. Lifters of the week: Riley Fair, Reese Davis, Trinten Cole. Riley brings an energetic attitude every day. Reese is all business during lifts, exactly what a lineman should be. Trinten has been putting in extra work. #WinTheDay
Over 100 Mustangs lifted this week. Middle school Lifter Allen Wright, and Melody Parrish earned lifter of the week status. Allen brings energy to every lift that he attends. Melody is a leader for our Claymont girls wrestling team, she represents them well. #WinTheDay.
This year's Arms Race champion is Mason Morris. Mason was able to produce the most arm diameter growth in a three month period. This year's competition was fierce with several lifters showing big gains. #WinTheDay
Lifter of the week, Zach Douglas just reset the leaderboard. He set a school record 600 lb back squat, a school record 345 lb bench press, and a school record 660 lb hex bar deadlift. He also set a school record for his three lift total 1,605 lbs. #WinTheDay
Dane Fawcett was last week's Lifter of the Week. Dane does the little things right, his technique and tempo while lifting set the standard for everyone else. #DoTheWork
Daveon Humphries is our lifter of the week. Daveon has shown great commitment and instant buy in. Not only does he attend all of our regularly scheduled lifting sessions, he comes to the optional Saturday and Sundays to get extra work in. #DoTheWork
The lifting schedule is as follows On Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays boys lift from 3-4:30. Jr high and girls lifting is Monday/Fridays from 4:30-5:15ish and Wednesdays from 3-4. We also open the weight room on Saturdays and Sundays from 9-? For lifting open to anyone.
Dustin Rose earned the status of lifter of the week. He has had perfect attendance during our off season workouts, he even attends extra lifting sessions. #DoTheWork
