The 2026 Barkley Marathons began with one of the strongest fields ever. The starting field came from 15 Counties as well as 15 States, and included ten women. The course seemed not to care. Over 70% of the field is done. #BM100

@happy_pharmer Looking at the CVOT and renal benefits, HF, and everything, im not 100% surprised at some of the meds on this list. I wish there wasn't as much overlap with 2 DOACs, 2 SGLT2i, amd wish there was a long acting insulin.
