Team's been thinking about cognitive biases. Most useful lesson? Cognitive biases are not evidence of carelessness, irrationality, or bad faith. They're how our brains cope with too much information, uncertainty, time pressure, & imperfect memory.

More scams awareness messaging from Singapore. Cardboard standee @singaporepolice officers in the MRT and as commuters come off the escalator. Nearly caused a huge pile-up stopping at the top of the escalator to take the 2nd photo!
