Author and illustrator Danica Novgorodoff was inspired after attending the 2019 NYC Climate Strike with her newborn daughter. That experience led her to team up with environmental journalist Meera Subramanian to create A Better World Is Possible, a graphic novel that follows four youth climate leaders and explores both the challenges and solutions of climate change.
