As our Environmental Justice & Health Project Manager, Gabby works on policies for lead & PFAS, while also organizing advocacy days. She co-facilitates the Lead Free Kids NY coalition to strategize ways we can better work with communities in New York State.
In June,we ended the 2024 Legislative Session. This is a time legislatures dedicate to lawmaking. At session, we hold advocacy days, plan with bill sponsors, work with our partners to get the bills passed by both the houses & sent to the Governor's desk to be signed for law
Bobbi lives in Cobleskill, NY with her family and loves to spend time with her teenagers, act, direct, and take on non-toxic DIY home improvement projects.
Bobbi co-founded Clean+Healthy and has over 25 years of experience in environmental health and justice advocacy. She leads the organization’s strategic direction, lobbying activities, and collaboration in the City of Albany.
Thanks to CTDA, we were relieved by the heat as we toured with partners, community leaders, the US EPA, and NYSDOT, who shared preliminary ideas for the reimagine highway. We asked questions and visualized opportunities for each location. Stay tuned for updates!
I-787 needs to change. It negatively impacts the quality of life for those in Albany’s South & North Ends. The reimagine Albany project aims to center community needs & voices in the potential highway transformation.
